Ford Presents 2010 F-150 Harley Davidson Edition

Most of the Americans are absolutely convinced that there’s nothing like driving a Harley, and they’re probably right. There’s nothing like driving a Harley, as long as it doesn’t rain, doesn’t snow, the road is not icy, the whether is not too cold or you don’t live in Alaska.

Ford presents the Harley that can be operated under any kind of weather: the 2010 F-150 truck, Harley Davidson Edition. This comes as a weird choice considering the shrunken market for big pickups and that the casual-use buyer has largely abandoned the market and isn't likely to come back.

Ignoring the recession, those in need for such big wheels should know that the F-150 Harley Davidson is a shiny black piece of metal that will set you back about $50,000. Ford is not asking for some ridiculous amount for a few Harley badges. That price is just a couple hundred dollars above the Platinum trim, so the financial part of the deal seems to be pretty reasonable.

The Harley model features 22 inches wheels, tacky graphics on the side of the truck, black-cherry-colored radio surround and gloss black trim. The car has a 5.4 liter V-8 Ford engine which produces 320 hp, the same powertrain as a regular F-150, and a six speed automatic gearbox. This should be more than enough to move the beast around town and make it useful for any job around the farm.
