Ford Marketing VP Farley Laps the Laguna Seca in a Shelby Cobra

The 2012 Monterey Motorsport Reunion doesn't need a reason to celebrate, but this doesn't mean that it can't have one. And what could be better than the Shelby Cobra's 50th anniversary? However, Jim Farley, Ford Group Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales and Service decided that he couldn't wait for the event, so he jumped in a Cobra and started lapping the Laguna Seca.
Farley, who is a devoted car enthusiasts, put a US Road Racing Championship Cobra through its paces on the Laguna Seca during California's recently held Monterrey Historics weekend.

You can enjoy the feat, which mixes the traditional Cobra soundtrack with things like a G-meter, in the video above. Enjoy!
