Ford is already making plans for the 2013 edition of the SEMA show, with the carmaker selecting the 2014 Fiesta ST and the 2014 Transit Connect (van or wagon) as the vehicles that will go under the spotlights on the event's floor.
The automaker wants to draw public attention to these models, so the aftermarket developers that enter its project vehicle program now have a starting point.
However, tuners willing to play the Ford card can also select the rest of the models from Ford's range, with the exception of the GT500, the Raptor or the Lincoln line-up.
The Ford Aftermarket Project Vehicle Program asks participants to send vehicle requests in two parts. The companies must first send an email to the Blue Oval, explaining the theme, modifications, promotional plan and display details. As for the second part, this should offer the complete details of the customization.
