Explosive stuff planted in a pickup truck. That’s the best therapy for you. Think about it; you get to shoot the machine gun, hear the rounds do damage to the truck (with tires popping and windows shattering) after which you point the barrel towards the explosives-filled bed and give it the coup de grace.
