Fiat Throws In Punto Evo and Alfa MiTo in New Aftersales Promotion

Fiat’s UK division is promoting its aftesales activities, with the company inviting drivers to have their cars MOT checked at authorized Fiat and Alfa Romeo workshops, throwing in two new cars as prizes.

“The campaign has been launched by Fiat Group Automobiles UK to reinforce the importance of regular servicing by approved and authorized dealerships and to increase the number of MOT tests and services booked at Fiat Group centers. Fiat Group authorized dealers have modern, fully equipped workshops staffed by Fiat trained technicians. They use Genuine Fiat Parts which come with a 12 months unlimited mileage warranty,” a company statement reads.

Customers who turn to Fiat or Alfa Romeo authorized dealers for the annual safety check will be entered into a prize draw, with the top prizes being a new Fiat Punto Evo or an Alfa MiTo, depending on where the test takes place. The promotion is scheduled to run until June.

“Cars over three years old must have an MOT test, and having your car regularly serviced helps increase the chances of passing its test first time,” says Rob Calver, parts and services director, Fiat Group Automobiles UK.

“Fiat has prepared a service schedule which is designed to safeguard a car’s operating conditions and efficiencies built in at manufacture."

“Following the service schedule not only allows for the performance, fuel consumption and environmental standards to be respected throughout the life of your car, but also ensures the vehicle is maintained in the correct condition to help it pass its MOT test.”
