Fiat 500L Abarth Rendering

Right now, the Fiat 500 Abarth is a nice toy for people who want to leave their Ferraris and Maseratis at home for an everyday drive.
Its high prices are justified by luxury trimmings and special editions, not track times or mass-market appeal. But Abarth is preparing more models now that their US launch has proven successful, giving them more mainstream appeal.

Since the Punto Abarth was a relative flop, they're likely to try making another 500 model into a hot car.

This 500L Abarth was rendered by, who say the Italian MPV deserves a 1.4 MultiAir with 160 PS. We lime what we se, especially the aggressive new front bumper and those large alloy wheels.

This car makes absolutely no sense though. Why would anybody want to buy a 160 PS family car with stiff suspension. Then again, the Nissan Juke Nismo doesn't make much sense on paper either, but is selling quite well.
