Fiat’s US division has decided to join the fight against cancer by supporting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), which raises awareness of the disease, with the help of the 500 "Pink Ribbon" limited edition model.
The Italian automaker will sell only 250 of there ribbon-wearing Cinquecentos in the United States through the official dealer network starting next month.

The bottom line: one of these limited-production cars will set you back $22,500 including destination, but a full $1,000 of every purchase will be donated to the charitable organization.

The Pink Ribbon 500 is based on the Lounge trim level and brings special “500" logo and an accenting "ribbon" in light pink. Two exterior colors are available, namely Argento (silver) and Bianco (white).

The interior offers black leather with pink accents and the signature "500" logo embroidered on the front seatbacks and a pink ribbon embroidered on the floor mats.

"We are honored to partner with an upstanding organization like The Breast Cancer Research Foundation that supports a cause so important to our consumers and our company,"
said Laura Soave, Head of FIAT North America. "The Fiat 500 Pink Ribbon edition offers our FIAT consumers a unique and stylish way to express their support, help fund breast cancer research and ultimately drive change."

This is one pink-livered car we like for all the right reasons.
