The Ferrari FF was designed because buyers wanted an all-wheel drive GT that they could take to their favorite sky resort instead of having to leave it behind and take the Range Rover or Cayenne.
They got what they wished for, a car that can be both savagely quick and relatively safe. It certainly has its quarks, the main one being that it’s got a second two-speed gearbox in front of the engine delivering power to the front wheels.
Packed with technology as it is, the FF is still a Ferrari and that basically makes it a footballer’s car in our book. Case in point, this little black number owned by none other than Daniel Alves of FC Barcelona.
He’s the world’s most expensive defender and the third most expensive player bought by Barca, so he probably had no problem paying for the little Ferrari toy. Our point is that with so much money on a football player’s hands, he’ll probably never crave the Ferrari or covet it.
