A Rolls-Royce Cullinan sporting the Mansory touch wears the world's most expensive license plates. The flashy SUV resides in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and is dressed in carbon fiber and gold.
Mansory elegantly calls it "Linea d'oro," which is Italian for "Line of Gold." The Cullinan modded by the German tuner comes with all the drama of a striking wide body kit, a turquoise-matte black exterior color combo, and gold leaf details.

Back in April 2023, in Dubai, a license plate sold for a mind-blowing AED 55 million UAE dirhams, which is the equivalent of $14.97 million, becoming the world's most expensive license plate.

The auction was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai, raising a total of AED 100 million ($27 million) for the One Billion Meals campaign, which aims to combat world hunger. The winning bid was reportedly placed by Pavel Valeryevich Durov, a French-Emirati businessman who founded the Telegram app.

The previous record for the most expensive license plate was held by the registration plate "Dubai 1," which sold in 2008 for a staggering AED 52.2 million ($14.2 million).

Today, a car that is worthy of it is wearing the exclusive plate. It reads "Dubai 7." Before the auction, it showed up on the super exclusive Bugatti Divo, one of the 40 ever built.

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Linea d’Oro is a one-off, head-turning luxury SUV. What catches the eye right from the start is the Spirit of Ecstasy mascot sculpture, which looks as if it is made of transparent turquoise glass.

The front end displays the typical massive grille with vertical slats sporting a glossy dark finish, while the area of the LED headlights and the fenders have turned turquoise, with the shade covering the front half of the doors.

Meanwhile, the hood is made of exposed forged carbon fiber with 24-carat gold leaf accents, reminding everyone that it lives in the land of the rich. The turquoise paint gradually shifts to matte black toward the rear end of the luxury SUV with tinted glass to protect the privacy of the precious occupants.

The vehicle now rides on a set of aerodynamically optimized 24-inch Mansory FD.15 forged wheels in gloss black.

Mansory could not have stayed out of the cabin, literally. The German tuning house wrapped the seats, door panels, and steering wheel in the same color combination, with the dashboard finished in carbon fiber with integrated gold leaf accents.

When it drove through the gate of the factory in Goodwood, England, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan was powered by the stock 6.6-liter V12 engine, pumping out 563 horsepower (571 metric horsepower) and 626 pound-feet (850 Newton meters) of torque. Mansory could not have stayed away from the engine bay either. So, now, the Cullinan enjoys the presence of over 600 horsepower and 700 pound-feet of torque.
