Valentino Balboni is the man who has been behind the development wheel of just about every prototype that had a connection with the Lamborghini brand, but the Raging Bull’s chief test driver is now retired.
However, Balboni takes the time to attend various driving events and during a recent one he decided to speak to the audience about a delicate subject, speeding tickets.
The policemen in Italy are known to be more permissive with test cars, but Balboni is painting a whole new world, explaining that he never actually got a ticket. He explains that he was pulled over multiple times, but he only received warnings.
