An E500 Coupe owner was apparently a bit frustrated by the launch of the facelift version of his car, which, among all the new gizmo goodies and an updated design also replaced its 5.5-liter normally aspirated V8 with a 4.7-liter twin-turbocharged one.
What he did was take the car to MD Exclusive Cardesign, who first replaced the car's color from Obsidian Black to a much more look-at-me calcite white.
Since that change wasn't enough, they also upgraded the car's look by installing a PD850 wide body kit and a set of black PD1 light-alloy wheels, both design enhancements being made by Prior Design.
The 5.5-liter normally aspirated V8 was also boosted via a software upgrade from 388 hp and 530 Nm (391 lb ft) of torque to 401 hp and 560 Nm (413 lb ft) of torque, which make the car's performance much more comparable with the twin-turbo facelift model that's been launched this year.
