Given the fact that so many things can go wrong when riding a casual motorbike, it's worth trying to imagine how much worse can things go when we're talking about drag motorcycles. And since most of you can't picture such a scenario, here's Steve Carey crashing his Top Fuel machinery.
While all dragsters have violent launch, given the immense power they put to the ground, some tire shake is absolutely normal. However, just when we thought Steve was managing the shake, things get out of control.
Despite his visible effort trying to tame the bike, is starts shaking even more violently, eventually digging with a part of the frame into the track and flipping out of control. We're glad to hear Steve is alright, despite the brutal crash.
And in case you just don't get the exact proportions of this huge crash, you should know that this footage was taped at 300 fps and played back 10 times slower.
