Sorry to say this, but any rider with a decent amount of experience on the road should, or at least could foresee the way the stupid driver would cut through all the lanes.
We know it's really annoying, but this is one of the things which happen ten thousand times a day around the planet, every day. Unfortunately, when it comes to encounters with bikes, things turn nasty almost all the time.
And maybe that's why some of us are riding with the "paranoid mode" engaged, just because we know that such a driver will cross our roads every now and then. And when this happens, we would be way behind, already braking almost to a stop, and if need be, with some heavy words at hand. Because this is no mistake, this is intentionally being an ignorant idiot.
Still we don't know why has the rider not swerved to the left, at least.
