Corvette Racing has announced that Ryan Briscoe and Robin Liddell will be joining the team for the 24 Hours of Daytona and 12 Hours of Sebring races next year.
Briscoe, a full-time driver for Chip Ganassi Racing in the Izod IndyCar Series, will be driving the No. 3 Corvette C7.R along with Jan Magnussen and Antonio Garcia. Liddell, on the other hand, will be sharing the No.4 C7.R with Tommy Milner and Oliver Gavin.
The brand new Chevrolet Corvette C7.R will make its public debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show next month. The race car will feature an updated “Jake” logo and several engine and aerodynamic upgrades.
The 24 Hours of Daytona is scheduled to take place on January 25-26, as the inaugural event of the newly-founded Tudor United SportsCar Championship.
