Since summer is approaching rapidly we thought you could use one of Mods4Cars' controllers for your 6 Series Convertible. The one we're looking at today is called SmartTop Convertible Controller and allows you to remotely open and close the roof of your car.
The top can be operated at small speeds or while the car is parked, using the original key due to a custom designed plug-and-play adapter included in the package you'll be receiving.
The kit also includes a series of programmable features that can be customized via a setup menu which displays the options on the dashboard display. Some of these features include: separate window control and door unlocking, comfort rear windows, passive/invisible mode (turns the whole module off for when you want to return to the OEM settings) and many others.
The module even has a USB port for PC and Mac computers through which it can receive software updates for free from the Mods4Cars headquarters, in case they are needed.
