Clooney Takes His New Girlfriend Out for a Ride

Taking beautiful girls out for a ride is one of the main reasons that men buy motorcycles, that of course, right after the passion for motorcycles impulse. However, as one of Hollywood’s most wanted bachelors, George Clooney did not necessarily had to get a bike to impress his new girlfriend.

Elisabetta Canalis, Clooney’s latest addition to the girlfriend portfolio, is a 31-year-old Italian model and television personality, who caught the actor’s attention after meeting in Rome, during his annual Italian vacation.

The couple that now has all attention from the paparazzi went for a ride through the back roads of Clooney’s vacation home in Lake Como earlier this week. Canalis seemed to really enjoy the ride on the back of Clooney’s Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe.

In fact, Canalis is a bit of actress herself too, as she had minor roles in the Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and Virgin Territory movies. Since May this year, she is the new co-host of the Italian version of Total Request Live.

The 48-year old actor must have been very careful when riding with Canalis, as it was with prior girlfriend he was riding a bike, in 2007, when they collided with a car on a narrow road across the Hudson River from New York City. They both suffered minor injuries and Clooney even got a broken rib.

But that didn’t make Clooney and Canalis wear the recommended protective gear. Canalis was wearing a tight tank top and jeans, that gave as a view of her tattoos, while Clooney was showing off his white vintage Knight Kats - Berlin motorcycle club t-shirt.

The couple will have a few months to enjoy riding the bike, as Clooney will stay in Italy at least until he completes the filming of his latest movie, Private Gentleman.
