The Citroen DS3 will probably be remembered forever as on of the biggest success stories for the French carmaker. As of November 14th, this sexy supermini has been cloned 200,000 times, making it one of the biggest success stories in the segment.
The model that marked the landmark production figure for the French factory in Poissy was the sporty DS3 THP 155, powered by a 1.6-liter turbo engine and heading to a customer in Spain.

The DS3 has only been on the market since March of 2010, when it was introduced in the general European market, followed by Russia later that year, Argentina in 2011, Brazil in the first half of this year and China in the second half of 2012.

The DS3 is a premium hatchback meant to compete with the MINI One. Built on the new Citroen C3 platform, the DS3 looks to revive the French automaker's appeal for unconventional and avant-garde cars.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
