Citroen Aiming to Optimize Whole Life Costs

Citroen announced that it had appointed Jason King to the newly created position of Manager - Whole Life Costs, based at the head office of the company’s UK Head Office (Slough).

Jason will be responsible for the carmaker’s relationships in the RV and SMR areas and will be in charge of the brand’s Total Cost of Ownership optimization process. The executive will report directly to Andy Wady, Citroen UK’s Fleet Director.

Jason will share the company’s key developments with top industry influencers and will help internal teams offer an effective market position to the company. The executive comes with an automotive sector experience of 21 years, joining Citroen from EurotaxGlass’s, where he was Head of Market Intelligence.

I am delighted that Jason has joined Citroen as he brings a wealth of experience, and is a very well known and respected industry figure. I am confident that Jason will continue the work we have already done, successfully communicating to the fleet industry that the Citroen brand is going through a period of renaissance with a fresh new corporate identity, a raft of innovative new products and a revitalised dealer network focusing much more on the needs of our fleet customers,” Wady said.

I am thrilled to be joining the Company as Citroen enters a new, even more confident and dynamic stage in its history. Having spent a number of years working closely with different manufacturers on residual value management, I am looking forward to concentrating on enhancing the Whole Life Cost positioning of the exciting Citroen models of the future,” King said.
