First of all, we can figure that the guy is going to receive some visits from the local police in the city of Nanchang, Jiangxi province. Or get invited to pay the cops a visit to the station, most likely. And that's not because of the missing helmet...
Being too flamboyant in China is not exactly the best decision, and having somebody recording you while riding a scooter while standing backwards and mimicking talking over your cellphone is definitely not the wisest thing to do. At least it's good to see the fellow did not fall.
