While you’re sitting there in the back judging all these new wave artists, people like this 28-year-old aspiring-pop-star make millions for some reason. Hey, we’re not willing to understand everything, we care less about terms such as transgressive and gender-bending. But we do care about cars, and this BMW Z4 was mutilated to the point of no return.
It’s been one of the praised models BMW produced throughout the recent years; performance and design blend in harmony turning a rear-wheel drive sportscar into a roadster French drivers would call chique. Elegant, it is, and we’re sure it passes by beautiful according to most of the motorists out there, but pink, really? Pink, it is not, or at least it shouldn’t be. On the other hand, intense colors are one of the ways this person managed to build up a name in showbiz.
At first we though we’re dealing with one of Lady Gaga’s dancers, but then we realized it’s a man. Sorry for our little ignorance moment, but you have to agree it’s kind of hard to tell from all that make-up. We figured we may as well check out the fellow and here’s what we got.
Jeffree Star is a singer, make-up artist, fashion designer and model from Orange County, California. You think you don’t care, but we’ll bag the differ. Apparently, this guy knows how to turn himself into a star. He started his music career on MySpace with over 25 million plays on his self-released music. He did eventually release a debut album, called Beauty Killer, back in 2009, under Popsicle Records.
Things went quite wise after that, considering last year he launched his own cosmetics brand called Jeffree Star Cosmetics. He also is quite popular among those posh LA celebrities for his fashion line.
Getting back to that hard-to-bare color on the BMW Z4, well, it appears it’s a trademark of the guy. Yes, pink really is this fellow’s favorite color.
