Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri's Lamborghini Stolen

A theft that seems like a scene from movies took place recently at an exotic car dealership from San Francisco. Specifically, a thief used climbing gear to get on top of the Bentley-Lamborghini-Lotus dealership, rappelled down on a rope, cut the garage door locks and drove off in a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo.

However, as this was no ordinary car, it also belonged to a not so ordinary owner. In fact, the bright yellow Lambo was listed as the property of TV star and celebrity chef Guy Fieri, as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle.

The star of NBC's Minute to Win It game show and Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives could not be reached by the aforementioned source for
comment. Could it be possible that Fieri doesn’t even know that his car was stolen from what is considered to be a safe place to have it stored?

Speaking of this so-called safe place, the dealership representatives refused to offer any comments on the matter.

The question that is on everyone’s lips right now is what will the Lambo’s fate be? Sure the thief had no troubles disappearing from the scene since the car can hit the 60mph-mark in less than four seconds, but we must admit such a car is pretty hard to hide.

"I'm sure it's a really hot item, and a lot of people are looking for it," said San Francisco police Officer Eric Chiang to the San Francisco Chronicle. "It'll be pretty hard to sell, let alone hide."
