Cadillac CTS-V Wagon vs Challenger SRT-8 vs C63 AMG

Say what you will about American cars, but they do have character by the buckets and they really are fast in a straight line. In one corner, we have a tuned Dodge Challenger SRT-8, which now produces 620 hp and in the other a stock 556 Cadillac CTS-V wagon. When it comes to class, built quality and practicality, the Cadillac is in a different class. But on a track, the Dodge Challenger has its number.

Right, time to bring out the Germans! As the 600 horsepower C63 AMG enters the fray, the SRT knows it’s going to have a real challenge on its hands. Despite a slight power advantage, the Dodge just can’t keep up with its factory tuned AMG distant cousin.
