German automaker BMW has announced the introduction of the X6 M Design Edition, a special edition model limited to only 100 units.
The new high-performance crossover comes with an enhanced exterior that now features a carbon front splitter, a matte black grille and 21-inch lightweight allow wheels, a carbon fiber rear spoiler and a redesigned rear diffuser, while the M Performance stripes can be had as options.
Inside, the dashboard comes wrapped in Black / Mugello Red leather with contrast stitching, two-tone Merino leather seats and Piano Black trim. Like any limited edition model, each X6 M Design Edition will also feature an individually-numbered plaque.
BMW has yet to release any info or figures on performance, availability or pricing, but the Design Edition should come with 555 horsepower under the bonnet from a twin-turbo V8 and a price tag in excess of €114,000, the X6 M’s European starting price.
