After the massive recall of 1.3-million vehicles earlier this year, of which 368,000 were in the US, BMW has done it again. Now, they’re recalling 24,340 vehicles sold in the US between 2009 and 2012.

The problem stems from the emissions control systems malfunctioning and incorrectly calculating the emissions coming out of the car’s exhaust. The recall starts Wednesday, March 9th and drivers of the affected cars should expect a letter explaining when and how their car’s problem will be solved.
