The acclaimed BMW R nineT is the last Bavarian powered by the air-cooled boxer mill, and was created to celebrate 9 decades of bike-making with a stunnig custom-ready character. And Nicolas Petit, one of out fav designers was not idle: here come two new trims for this great machine!
The first one kept things on the retro side, with lush chrome accent on the tank and a naked design to evoke the bikes of the past. Part retro racer, part modern fighter, the First Livery brings a shorter rear loop with a solo seat, low, MotoGP-like shorty silencers, and an intriguing steel arched front cowl holding the classic round, bulbous headlight.

However, to give your imagination a ride for the money, the Second Livery is a much sportier design. A half-faired bike with round 70's racing lines integrated in a flowing, modern race bike concept.

There are multiple other elements embedded in this design, from the scrambler side number plates to the cafe-racer-esque solo seat with an integrated small hump, and the killer underseat flared Akrapovic can.

Not sure which one I like best: I'd go with the Second Livery anytime, but the retro looks of the First are not bad at all, either.
