Since everyone seems to be a BMW designer these days, designing hundreds of potential supercars for the Munich-based company, it's inevitable that some of them won't please the regular Bimmerhead. That's why Radion Design decided to create a rendering of a possible BMW M9, one that holds true to the DNA of the Bavarian manufacturer.
This is not the first rendering from Radion that hit the web. A while back we talked about another one of his creations, a different view of the same M9. The new one came to life after its creator noticed that most renderings published these days create cars that are 'Audi R8 wannabes'.

Razvan Radion, the guy behind this project, said that he tried to distance himself from all the R8 replicas that are going around and create a real homage concept for the company's 100th birthday that is coming up.

The new Concept shows the M9 in the Roadster version and is really connected with the BMW DNA. You'll immediately notice the front kidney grilles, the LED Headlights and you'll probably even find some similarities on the front bumper (BMW F13 M6 anyone?).

Overall, we think this M9 is a mix between a sleeker, more aggressive M6 (especially at the rear) and the 4 Series (especially looking at the front headlights, kidney grille and bonnet). The most important thing we like about this new rendering is that, unlike other drawings, it also features the Hofmeister Kink, an element some designers forgot about but that is just as important for a BMW as the badge on the bonnet.
