The BMW Group will be well represented at the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, amongst the cars brought out by the Bavarians being the brand new i8, all-new M cars and the MINI John Cooper Works Concept.
Apparently, the i8 will also be driven up the famous Goodwood hill, this being the first time the car will be witnessed in action, between June 26 and 29, 2014.

The M3 and M4 will be showcased alongside other M models in the BMW pavilion with an anniversary edition special model put up for display. The luckiest ones out there, select customers, will have the chance to drive either the Sedan or the Coupe at the event while the guys from PistonHeads will exhibit their special Fan car M4.

The entire new MINI range will be present too, with the John Cooper Works Concept making its UK debut. The more aggressive design of the car and the new front and rear bumpers will usher in a new era at Oxford.

Rumor has it that the new hardcore hatch will use a 2-liter turbocharged B48 4-cylinder engine making 231 HP and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque which, combined with the new chassis and transmission, should make the new version a lot more enjoyable and faster down the road.
