In the world of drag racing, BMWs are always present. You can't have a proper event without some M cars, no matter if they are stock or not. Unlike paper facts, in real life things might be a little different.
It's probably exactly what the owner of the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale in the video below thought during the race. The Italian car has a 3.6-liter V8 engine that develops 426 HP and 373 Nm (275 lb-ft) of torque that allows the 1,290 kg car to reach 100 km/h in 4 seconds.
On the other hand we have the E63 M6, fitted with the legendary S85 V10 engine that develops 507 HP and 384 lb-ft (520 Nm) of torque for a car that weighs 1,710 kg. Doing the math, Ferrari has around 327 HP per tone whilst the BMW has just under 300.
Things look pretty close on paper. What will the real life race show? Check below.
