Baby Bull is Not a Baby Anymore

More power and more muscle. It's the new receipt for the Baby Lambo, the most successful model in the entire history of the Italian manufacturer.
Just like its bigger brother, the Murcielago, it went to the gym and got stronger. Under the name of Gallardo LP 560-4 , a baby bull punching out 560 Hp at 8000 rpm from a 5.2 liter V10 heart.

As the new model was almost completely redesigned, there are few elements similar to the previous Gallardo.  And there is a long list, starting with a new engine, improved suspension and all wheel drive system, upgraded gearbox and optimized aerodynamics which allowed this model to make a good impression in the exotic supercar world. And when we say supercars, we mean a 3,7 second time for the 100 km/h sprint, 11.8 for 200 km/h and a top speed of 325 Km/h. Of course, thanks to the use of "Iniezione Diretta Stratificata", which is actually a new type of direct injection, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have been reduced by 18 percent, despite the extra horsepower and improved performance.

A lot of people could imagine that growing up also means getting more weight. On the contrary, the new baby bull is now 20 kg lighter and has a power to weight ratio of 2.5 kg per Hp. Following the lines and the curves of the car, we can notice that exterior changes include a revised, more aggressive frond and rear end , Bi-xenon headlights and daytime running led lights.

Lamborghini intended to prove that a supercar is not as dangerous as most people would think and designed the new frond end in such a manner that it meets the not yet obligatory European pedestrian safety regulations. Also, the people in the car are safe and sound, thanks to the front dual stage driver and passenger airbags and side head-thorax airbags.

The new bull comes either with a standard 6 speed manual gearbox or with the optional automated e-gear transmission and should soon be available for order through Lamborghini dealers. No prices have yet been communicated. Before changing its power, the car had over 7000 clones sold worldwide since its launch in 2003.
