Avon Tyres ZZ5 Is Here

Avon Tyres today introduced a new ultra high performance tire, in the form of the ZZ5, which has been engineered to offer maximum grip. The new rubber was developed on European roads and racetrack and therefore promises to offer a top-class handling.

The ZZ5 comes with an Intelligent Asymmetric Tread Design (IATD) which combines confident handling with a high level of traction in dry conditions, as well as offering highly efficient water clearance on wet tarmac, using balanced tread wear.

Designed and developed on some of Europe’s most challenging roads and race circuits, including the legendary Nurburgring for high speed durability testing, Avon’s newest offering in the ultra high performance tyre arena delivers all the attributes an enthusiast driver demands,” stated the press release.

In addition to that, the ZZ5 also uses the Optinoise technology, which allows it to offer a quite ride. It comes with a Tri-Arc mould shape that offers an optimum contact pressure distribution.

The Avon ZZ5 is offered in multiple fitments, coming in 18- and 19-inch sizes. The new goodies will is already available on the market.
