The automotive industry has now been axed, with fashion specialist Victoria’s Secret coming up with a solution that makes automobiles obsolete: 3D printed wings.
This was the highlight of Victoria’s Secret Holiday 2013 show, which was recently held in Paris. The collection also includes “normal” wings, as well as wingless creations, but let’s focus on the 3D printed ones for a moment.
There are two simple reasons for which nobody will need to use automobiles again. The first one is a little obvious - women will simply fly, thus also fulfilling humanity’s dream of being able to do so. As for men, they will be too preoccupied with beholding the stunning creations. Thus, even if they wanted to drive, such an activity would be unsafe due to the distractions caused by the female population in the sky.
