Enthusiast have been waiting for a new Audi RS4 from the first day the current A4 was launched, but there have been many unofficial sources that claimed Audi would not build such a car. However, it seems that we might get an A4 Power War fighter after all.
According to Autoblog.nl, an Audi insider confirmed that the automotive producer will give us an RS4 in the third quarter of the current year. However, the source insisted that one should not “assume” that this will come in a sedan form, which means that we’ll get an RS4 Avant.

The hot station wagon should be powered by a naturally-aspirated 4.2-liter V8 engine delivering 450 hp and a peak torque of 430 Nm (317 lb-ft). We’ll be back with more info as soon as we get our hands on it.
