Audi has a big fight against the all-new BMW 3-Series sedan, so it’s armed the A3 with new looks. The automaker has introduced a fresh showroom trailer to give everyone interested a chance to take a look at the car’s fresh headlights and grille.
The exterior modifications are similar to those introduced for the A5 range at the Frankfurt Auto Show. You’ve got a new grille and fresh headlights with a wavy look. Inside, you also get fine touches, such as new steering wheels and trimming options, as well as little details.
European customers will be offered a choice of four petrol units and six oil burners. The bottom of the range is occupied by a 1.8-liter TFSI with 170 hp and a peak torque of 320 Nm (236 lb-ft). On the diesel front, most customers will go for the 2.0-liter TDI diesel that can be specified in three power levels, producing 136, 163 or 177 hp.
