Another Russian Driver Picks Very Bad Time to Overtake

This is one of the most common types of crashes one gets to see in Russia. A road with two lanes (one for each way), and one car making a left onto another road, or attempting to park, while another tries to overtake it on the left side, but realizes that it is too late... far too late.
In this case, the black Lad Driver had no business making a slow left turn there, without indicating and checking his mirrors, and while the driver who struck from behind is at fault here, legally speaking, common sense dictates that both are to blame for the incident.

Following the crash, the car with the dash-mounted camera crashes into a ditch to the right of the road, while the black Lada gets its back side completely smashed up from the severe force of the impact. The bumper is pushed in and all of the metal around is bent and twisted - it will be a pain to repair at the body shop, that`s for sure!
