Adam Lambert Sings with Queen, Can't Afford New BMW

Some of his fans came to know him as runner-up in the 2009 American Idol contest but most will say that "If I Had You" is the one song Adam Lambert is known for.

After missing the number one spot on the American show to Kris Allen, Adam proved his worth by defeating his rival in sales and success after the show was over. He went on to sell big and even star next to Freddie Mercury's old band, Queen.

Yes, it's true, he went on some sort of tour with the guys, performing at different gigs and, even though most people said he could not match the greatness of Freddie, he did alright, most of his fans being most proud of him (or so we hear).

So, it seems like he's been favored by the 'Music Industry Gods' and he's doing pretty good for himself. However, he must really love his BMWs. He was recently spotted filling up his E63 650i, even though the new model was released.

The old 650i had a 4.8-liter V8 naturally aspirated engine with 362 HP and 490 Nm (360 lb-ft). It's definitely no match for the F13 model that has the 4.4-liter turbocharged N63 unit under the bonnet, with its 450 HP and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque.

The F13 might start at $86,200 (€65,300) but that shouldn't be a problem for Lambert. After all, he sold 198,000 copies of his debut-album in the first week it was published. C'mon Adam, go for the big guns!
