German tuning specialist AC Schnitzer has gotten its hands on the brand new BMW 5-Series Gran Coupe four-door and has set about changing both the cosmetics and the powerplants.
Starting with the base petrol engine, the 640i Gran Coupe, the 3.0-liter turbo has been boosted from 320 PS to 360 PS. Meanwhile, the base diesel in the 640d has been tuned to also produce 360 PS instead of the stock 313 PS.
The list of upgrades for the four-door coupe include a set of chrome tailpipes, a new braking system with 8-piston calipers and a sports suspension.
Cosmetic changes include a new front spoiler, chrome upper and lower grille, the choice between 19-, 20- and 21-inch alloy wheels in different designs and lowered suspension.
