Ever had to go to the local pub and try to wake up your old man who had a really bad day and got so drunk he couldn’t walk home? Well, this 7-year old kid from China sure did and since he couldn’t actually carry his father by himself, it seems he even learnt how to drive the family’s auto rickshaw so he could bring him home.
The only problem is, the poor kid is not even half the legal age to drive any motorized vehicle on any street on the planet. This was also the reason passer-byes were that amazed they started taking pictures of the kid which they later posted on China’s Sina Weibo social network.

According That’s Mags, a Chinese English-written news website, the child was seen driving in the city of Yizhou, Guangxi, an autonomous region in South Central China. It would seem the child drove more than 20 km (12.4 miles) at night with his sottish father sprawled in the back wagon.

Now, as far as we can tell the weird three-wheeler the poor kid was seen driving is in fact a motorized rickshaw, a vehicle extremely popular in a Asia. Various types of auto rickshaws are used around China, where they are called San Iun (three wheeler) or Du du che (beep beep car). While the models found in the southernmost province Hainan are electric, in rural areas, a sturdy, petrol-powered and plastic-bodied type is rather common.

Either way, we’re sure the young fellow qualifies for the best son of the month.
