Japanese news desks have been been running this story all week. Apparently, a 69 year old pensioner from the Kobe area flew off the third floor of parking garage and yet only suffered minor injuries.
The incident took place on July 4th, around 2:30 noon. As the old woman was leaving the parking area she touched the gas pedal and her car started accelerating furiously through the lot. It smashed through a barrier and flew flew 15 meters straight out of the building.

That's all amusing and stuff, but there's another side to this story. After the car landed, it started accelerating again, which hints at VW's recent unintended acceleration problems. Upon questioning, the police found out that the driver might not have been to blame, as she said the Golf V she owned accidentally accelerated itself.
