Most of the modified E60 M5 BMWs out there will boast an incredible amount of power after the tuners are done with them, due to the massive V10 engine that has nonetheless than a capacity of 5-liters.
The guys from Evolve Automotive did crank up the power in an M5 but not to such extent. The changed the intake manifolds with cat-less ones, the exhaust with their own creation that reduces back pressure and helps take the fumes out of the engine bay quicker and meddled with the ECU a bit.

After all that hard work the car was put on the dyno track and the numbers were pretty impressive. It recorded 576 HP and 555 Nm (410 lb-ft) of torque. That's more HP than the current M5 that is turbocharged.

With those new numbers, the car became the fastest BMW on the Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome, doing the standing mile in 30.7 seconds and reaching a top speed of 178 mph (285 km/h).
