Just a few days before the Geneva Motor Show will begin, Alpina released some new info about its new car, the B3. The newest Alpina release is based on the F30 BMW 3 Series sedan.
A 3-liter straight 6-cylinder N55 turbocharged engine was used in order to create this masterpiece. The total power output is 410 HP which is a 110 HP increase over the standard 300 HP that the 335i produces.

A new transmission was fitted as well, the ZF 8-speed automatic. In this combination, the 3rd gen B3 goes from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4 seconds. The fuel consumption numbers are great too.

The new version of the Alpina B3 is 20% more fuel efficient than its predecessor, with a 7.9 l/100km official combined fuel consumption.
