Rather than a mid-cycle refresh, the 2025 model year Chevrolet Corvette brings only a handful of changes. For starters, Sebring Orange Tintcoat Metallic will return to the exterior paint color palette. It joins the new-for-2025 Hysteria Purple Metallic and Competition Yellow Tincoat Metallic.
Said hues are shared by all versions of the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette. This can also be said about the new Habanero interior and the similarly new Blue stitching for the Black interior. All trim levels now come with a leather steering wheel airbag cover as standard, beginning with the 1LT of the Stingray and the 1LZ of the Z06 and hybrid-infused E-Ray.

GM has also added Velocity Yellow-painted brake calipers to the options list. Moving on to version-specific changes, the Stingray's Z51 performance package flaunts a redesigned spoiler. As for the Z06, the 10-spoke wheel design is available in four finishes: Pearl Nickel, Gloss Black, Polished, as well as Bright Polish with Carbon Flash Pockets.

General Motors hasn't said which 2024 colors will be axed to make room for the aforementioned hues, nor did the biggest automaker of the Detroit Big Three publish any pricing information for 2025. The Detroit-based automaker didn't mention a word about power and torque numbers, which are likely unchanged. What's more, GM hasn't specified when customer deliveries of the 2025 model will start.

The 2024 model entered series production at the Bowling Green assembly plant in Kentucky in September 2023, beginning with the Stingray and Z06. The E-Ray, which combines the Stingray's small block with the Z06's wider body, followed suit in December 2023. That said, let's go over what each version of the 2024 Corvette has to offer.

At $68,300 sans delivery, the 2024 Stingray is quite a bit pricier than the 2020 model, which used to retail at $58,900 in 1LT flavor. The mid-engined sports car puts out 490 horsepower and 465 pound-feet (make that 630 Nm) from the outset, whereas the NPP exhaust system unlocks 5 more ponies and 5 more pound-feet of torque (495 and 470/637).

Every single C8 features a rear-mounted transaxle produced by Tremec, with said transmission bearing three distinct regular production order codes: M1L for the Stingray, M1M for the Z06, MLH for the E-Ray, and – come summer 2024 – M1K for the ZR1. Tremec's dual-clutch box can also be found in the 3.0L twin-turbo V6-powered Maserati MC20.

The E-Ray's front-mounted electric motor and center tunnel-mounted battery level up on the Stingray to 655 ponies. 2.5 seconds to 60 mph (97 kph) and 10.5 seconds in the quarter make the first-ever hybrid Corvette the quickest production 'Vette thus far. Price-wise, it slots right between the Stingray and Z06 at $104,900 excluding freight.

The high-revving Z06 sports dual-overhead-cam heads and a flat-plane crankshaft, therefore explaining the 8,600-rpm redline and the advertised 670 horsepower at the crankshaft. Capable of pulling 1.22 Gs of lateral acceleration as long as you opt for the Z07 performance package, the Z06 will gain a turbocharged brother this coming summer in the form of the ZR1. Look forward to something in the ballpark of 800 horsepower from its force-fed mill, which is dubbed LT7 as opposed to LT6 for the free-breathing marvel that powers the Z06.
