Hyundai has just released its Super Bowl commercials today. They are so funny that we kinda' don't want to talk about their cars. But we will... eventually. Get ready for a town where everybody looks like Ryan Reynolds and talking vegetarian bears!
The first commercial is called "The Chase" and features a couple of hikers running for their lives. Why? Because the grizzly bears are after them, of course. They don't have a bear spray like they should, so there's no way to fend them off. Luckily, the hikers can remote-start the all-new Hyundai Elantra sedan through the Blue Link Remote Start app.

Many cars come with Remote Start via an app, but you don't realize how much you need it until you're chased by man-eating omnivores!

You think that's funny and creative? Wait until you hear the cheeky conversation the two bears have afterward. The pacifist of the two says he just wanted a hug, which makes us feel bad for him. The other one wanted to eat them, despite being a vegetarian, because it's his break day.

Hyundai will show this ad during the first quarter of this year's Super Bowl. The second one is for the ladies and shows two young women in an Elantra being distracted by a the citizens of "Ryanville", a town where everybody is Ryan Reynolds.

Hyundai says this is just a "light-hearted look at the simple fact that all humans are prone to distractions." However, there's nothing light-hearted about Reynolds bending over and playing with himself (playing football, that is).

"Highlighting the advanced safety features on the all-new Elantra, the ad tests the ability of two women to keep their eyes on the road while driving through the most distracting neighborhood ever,"
the automaker says.

Boy, Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection technology never made so much sense. Props to Hyundai for installing the first such feature of any budget compact sedan in America.

Now if only we could find a town full of Kate Upton and Charlotte McKinneys bouncing around, that would really be something...
