Jimi back then and SEAT at the present moment are very alike. While Jimi tried to morph from a simple backing guitarist to a full-fledged psychedelic rock star, the SEAT marque attempted to enhance the Leon to see how its customer pool will react to this model.
With the X-Perience, the Spanish division of the Volkswagen Group only offered a glimpse of the upcoming SEAT SUV’s traits... and a better value alternative to the Volkswagen Golf Variant Alltrack.
Planned to hit European dealerships sometime next year, the C-segment crossover SUV will borrow the styling cues of the 20V20 Concept. To boot, it will utilize much of the same underpinnings as the X-Perience we’ve tested. That includes the Haldex coupling AWD system and the MQB platform too.
In a nutshell, the 2015 SEAT Leon X-Perience is a turning point for the Spanish automaker. The peeps from SEAT declared that the near future will be full of all-new models, but the turning point towards a better SEAT brand is this Leon X-Perience.
