Since the new C-Class sedan has been fully revealed only in sedan form, people with the time and photoshop skills have been working non stop to figure out what the rest of the C-Class family looks like.
As far as new models go, this is a pretty important one, the C63 AMG Coupe. Why? Because BMW just launched the M4 Coupe, lighter, faster and more powerful than ever, which gives them the bragging rights. Audi's RS5 isn't too bad either, and all three German brutes will clash horns next year.
The C63 AMG won't be ready for another year or so, but when it is, it will likely look like this. A rendering base on the W205 sedan has been created by chopping the doors and arching the roof. These are altogether more subtle design lines than we've grown accustomed to from the C63. Larger intakes, wheels and flared bodywork will set it apart from less C-Coupes, but don't look for that "brute on wheels". Mercedes is clearly putting its hooligan days behind it to offer the subtle and sexy cars its 40-ish customers actually wanted.
