Now that the officials from BMW told us everything we need to know about the new X4 and we’re all well informed, it’s time to take it to the next level and start configuring our own preferred cars, as the official configurator for the latest SAC is online.
Of course, as usual with new models, right now you have limited options regarding a high level of individualization for the X4 but you can still get a pretty good idea of how the car’s going to look like, without any price tags around.
You can have your pick out of the xLine and M Sport Line versions and then choose out of more than 10 different paint color schemes, depending on the selected line, as they have some unique shades available. For example, the Deep Sea Blue metallic color the X4 we spotted in Munich earlier today is not available in M Sport guise. Furthermore, you get twice as many wheel options sticking with the xLine trim level.
Inside the same story continues. Depending on what line you choose you can have different leather combinations, from cloth covers to Nevada leather in various colors, combined with different trims on the dash and on the doors, all around the cabin actually.
In the end it only comes down to personal choice. In the US there will be only 2 petrol models available at first, the xDrive28i and xDrive 35i versions, the former starting at $45,625 with the latter starting at $48,925.
