After the CIC Maps were released earlier this month, it's time for older BMW models to receive a map update through the company's old fashion DVD system. This year we're also seeing a premiere for the High Navigation system.
Up until now, the maps were usually sold on one Dual Layer DVD but for the 2014 edition, the Bavarians decided to go with 2 Dual Layer DVDs. The split seems to be aimed at lowering the cost of upgrading.
The first DVD, part number 65 90 2350319 seems to be a standalone disc with all the road maps for Europe for 2014. The second disc, part number 65 90 2350318 seems to be an upgrade disc that, together with your old 2013 disc will update the maps.
The discs are compatible with the following cars using BMW's High Navigation system:
