Dodge has revealed the 2014 Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition, a special edition musclecar that celebrates the brand’s centennial with unique style, technology and features.
Also developed to pay homage to the company’s “musclecar roots, legendary power and head-turning American design”, the Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition is based on the SXT Plus and R/T Plus models and features brand new 20-inch polished five-spoke aluminum wheels, commemorative badging, and an exclusive High Octane Red paint added to the vehicle’s familiar exterior paint options.
Inside, the musclecar comes with all-new and exclusive Molten Red or Foundry Black heated Nappa leather sport seats, Brass colored accent stitching more commemorative badges, Liquid Graphite center console bezels, steering wheel accents and door handle pulls.
Power is provided by either the SXT Plus’ 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 (305 HP) or the R/T’s 5.7-liter V8 Hemi (375 HP). The 2014 Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition package will be available in “limited quantities” starting from $2,500, with deliveries set to being in the first quarter of 2014.
