Customer deliveries of the all-new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray have yet to commence, but the Bowling Green-built sportscar already has two crashes on its record.
Six weeks have passed since we saw the blue 2014 Stingray that hit a rock wall in Arizona, and CorvetteForum reports that a test vehicle was involved in an accident on Madison Heights, Michigan.

There’s no actual info on what happened, but it looks like a Lincoln Town Car t-boned the Corvette close to GM’s Technical Center in Warren. According to Autoweek, the vehicle has manufacturer license plates, which means it was part of Chevrolet’s test fleet.

From the way the cars are positioned, the Corvette driver probably attemped an illegal U-turn when the heavy Lincoln entered the crossroad. No signs of heavy damage so we can assume that no one was hurt.

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray coupe is scheduled to go on sale this fall, with the convertible version to follow by the end of the year.
