Last time we talked about the 2014 BMW 5-Series facelift, we showed you photos of the naked vehicle, which came all the way from China. Today we’re bringing you a clearer image of the 5er, this time coming from Germany - a scan from the Auto Zeitung magazine.
THe Life Cycle Impulse (LCI) for the F10 5-Series will only bring a few exterior and cabin modifications, while the technical side of the vehicle will remain unchanged.
The front fascia has new styling cues, with the apron’s lower part being the most visibly changed area, as this gets chromed elements around the fog lights, which are also fresh.
In addition, we receive adaptive LED lights (this will be an optional feature), as well as gently restyled light clusters. In addition to this, the exhaust tips will look different, while customer will be able to choose between new wheel designs.
The interior of the BMW will receive even smaller changes, such as a few revisions for the ConnectedDrive feature.
The 2014 F10 BMW 5-Series facelift is scheduled to make its world debut on April 20 at the 2013 Auto Shanghai, with the revised 5-Series Touring and the 5-Series GT expected to arrive by the end of the current year.
