The 2013 Yamaha WR450F is going to be a truly great bike for those who like the off-road exploration. Derived from the competition dirt bikes, the next season's treat offers an irresistibly alluring mixture of power, performance and fun riding.
The aluminium frame is inspired by the acclaimed YZ250 series and is comprised from numerous forged, cast and extruded elements granting the lightweight, study character needed for seamless handling and performance-chasing.

A 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine with highly-advanced titanium valves powers the 2013 Yamaha WR450F, and the carefully balanced crank diminishes the vibrations. While the YZ450F-spec clutch delivers top-drawer racing performance, the 5-speed wide-ratio gearbox will accommodate a lot of riding styles, from the mellow, cruising ones to the brutal, sporty race-like driving.

The instrument panel houses an intelligent computer capable to work in both basic mode and a more race-oriented one. The 2013 Yamaha WR450F also comes with push-button electric start and fully-adjustable KYB form and rear shock. The 2013 Yamaha WR450F is available starting October 2012 for $8,290 (€6,480).
